Our Tenant Insurance policy, not only protects the contents of your rental unit,
but you and your family as well. Our Tenant policies automatically include $1,000,000
personal liability coverage, but your protection doesn't stop there.
If your rental unit is uninhabitable after an insured loss, your TELUS INSURE.IT policy
will provide you with coverage to help pay for any additional living expenses. Additional
living expenses may include: hotel rooms, storage costs and moving expenses. Ask us

The most popular forms of property insurance are Comprehensive and Standard.
- Standard form covers named perils coverage to your contents. (Named
perils include damage from events such as theft, windstorm, fire, lightning, etc)
- Comprehensive is the most extensive coverage and includes all risks*
to contents.
